We get started with a half hour consultation by phone or video so that I can learn about your background in fitness and your top fitness priorities and recommend a path for you to achieve your goals!

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS by video conference

We train one-on-one over by video conference in hour-long sessions customized to your fitness level and goals using the furniture and any fitness equipment you have available to you in your home!

ONLINE CLIENT PORTAL

I provide you with an account on a fitness software and app where I load the workouts I’ve designed for you with video demos, your progress in easy-to-read charts and graphs, and an interactive schedule with our past and future training sessions.
