ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES
Online Fitness Classes are fitness classes over Zoom with live, real-time instruction! I offer four Online Fitness Classes each week: a Core/Balance Class on Tuesdays, a Full Body Stretching Class and a Full Body HIIT Workout on Wednesdays, and a Full Body Strength Training Workout on Saturdays. Core/Balance Class (Light to Moderate Intensity)
- Day and Time: Tuesdays @ 10am PT/1pm ET
- Workout Structure: We begin with dynamic stretches to warm up and then proceed to a circuit of core building movements. For the second half of the class, we focus on movements to develop stabilization muscles for improved balance. Standing alternatives are provided for all floor movements. We finish up with gentle static stretches to lengthen the muscles. This class is designed and structured for older adults.
- Level of Intensity: Light to Moderate
- Equipment: Water to stay hydrated, a mat, a pillow, and a towel.
- Duration: 1 hour
- Single Class Rate: $15

Full Body Stretching Class (Light Intensity)
- Day and Time: Wednesdays @ 8am PT/11am ET
- Workout Structure: In this half hour class, we begin by gently warming up with dynamic stretches – stretches with movement – and then proceed to loosening and lengthening all the major muscle groups with static stretches – stretches that are held for longer periods of time.
- Level of Intensity: Light (this is a stretching class, rather than a workout, so you won’t break a sweat)
- Equipment: Water to stay hydrated, a mat, a towel or yoga strap, and a chair.
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Single Class Rate: $12
- Monthly Membership* Rate: $40
Full Body HIIT Workout (High Intensity)
- Day and Time: Wednesdays @ 3pm PT/6pm ET
- Workout Structure: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a timed workout structure where we train a movement for a short period of time and then rest for a short period of time. We work our way around all muscle groups of the body in this workout, starting with dynamic stretches to warm up and finishing with static stretches to relax and lengthen the muscles we just trained.
- Level of Intensity: High
- Equipment: Water to stay hydrated, one or two pairs of dumbbells (or household items you can use as free weights), a mat, and a towel.
- Duration: 1 hour
- Single Class Rate: $20
- Monthly Membership* Rate: $60
Full Body Strength Training Workout (Moderate Intensity)
- Day and Time: Saturdays at 9am PT/12pm ET
- Workout Structure: We begin with dynamic stretches to warm your body up and then progress to strength training movements, beginning with core, and then progressing to legs, chest and back, and finally arms and shoulders. We train each movement in two sets of about 10 reps to work all major muscle groups of the body. We finish up the workout with relaxing cool down stretches.
- Level of Intensity: Moderate (This workout is adaptable for those who haven’t worked out recently as well as those who have.)
- Equipment: Water to stay hydrated, at least one resistance band with door anchor, one or two pairs of dumbbells (or household items you can use as free weights), a mat, and a towel.
- Duration: 1 hour
- Single Class Rate: $20
- Monthly Membership* Rate: $60
* Monthly Memberships provide access to all meetings of that class in a calendar month at a reduced rate with the stipulation that missed classes are not credited and do not carry over to the next month except in cases of medical emergency.
