ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Online Yoga Classes are yoga classes over Zoom with live, real-time instruction! Kristin Tomlinson CL.N, RYT teaches a weekly, one hour Online Yoga Class on Fridays at 12pm ET/9am PT. Here's more information about Kristin's Online Yoga Class:

Online Yoga Classes

  • Instructor: Kristin Tomlinson, CL.N, RYT
  • Day and Time: Fridays @ 12pm ET/9am PT
  • Class Description: The practice of yoga incorporates an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. In this 60 minute mixed level class a series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge and to meet them where they are at the moment. Class includes guided breathing, postures for all levels, and guided relaxation/savasa at the end. The only prerequisite for this class is an ability to get up and down from the floor without assistance. 
  • What to Have on Hand: Wear comfortable attire, bring your mat, blocks if you have them, and a blanket for final relaxation. Also, water to stay hydrated!
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Single Class Rate: $20
  • Monthly Membership* Rate: $60

* Monthly Memberships provide access to all meetings of that class in a calendar month at a reduced rate with the stipulation that missed classes are not credited and do not carry over to the next month except in cases of medical emergency.
