Online Tai Chi/Qigong Classes

  • Instructor: David Vanadia
  • Day and Time: Wednesdays @ 12pm ET/9am PT
  • Class Description: This hour-long class will help relax your mind and body through gentle movements that employ a combination of breathing, balancing, and visualization. Benefits include enhanced sleep, increased circulation, improved coordination, and overall well-being.
  • What to Have on Hand: No special equipment needed.
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Single Class Rate: $20
  • Monthly Membership* Rate: $60

* Monthly Memberships provide access to all meetings of that class in a calendar month at a reduced rate with the stipulation that missed classes are not credited and do not carry over to the next month except in cases of medical emergency.
