Online Breathwork Classes are breathwork classes over Zoom with live, real-time instruction! Colin Jarrett teaches a 1-hour Online Breathwork Class every first Friday of the month at 7pm ET/4pm PT. Here's more information about Colin's Online Breathwork Class:
Online Breathwork Classes
- Instructor: Colin Jarrett
- Day and Time: Every First Friday of the Month @ 7pm ET/4pm PT
- Class Description: We begin with a rundown of what to expect from class and how to do the breathing technique. We then dive in to an initial grounding meditation to bring ourselves fully present to our practice. Following the meditation, we set intentions for our work. Next, the breathwork practice itself is done for about 25 minutes while lying on your back. This practice is quite active and is best approached like a workout. Following the breathwork, there will be a few minutes of rest with a short oracle card reading. After class, there will be time for integration and conversation for anyone who would like to share their experience/revelation during class. Please note that this Breathwork technique is an active, cyclical breath set to energetic, driving music. As we say, “This is Breathwork, not Breath-chill.”
- What to Have on Hand: You might want to have a blanket or two nearby in case you get cold during class. It is a good idea to also have a bottle of water in case your mouth gets dry and you feel uncomfortable. Having a notebook or journal nearby is not required but is suggested as you may receive insight or inspiration just following class.
